Web Developer

The Web Developer will maintain, optimize, and expand our digital presence, ensuring our website is scalable, engaging, and highly functional. Duties include, but are not limited to,

• Change website architecture to improve content management efficiency (e.g., global menus and navigation)

• Develop high-conversion, dynamic landing pages for new organization programs and corporate volunteer initiatives, integrating multimedia elements and testimonials

• Enhance the front-end user experience (UX) to make key resources, like digital reports, stand out and be easily accessible

• Collaborate on the integration of e-learning components and interactive digital assets into the existing web framework

Qualifications / Job Requirements

• Proven experience in web development with strong proficiency in Vue.js (please mention this in your application)

• Excellent knowledge of Front-End Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern web design principles

• Proficiency in Figma for reviewing and implementing design assets and UI specifications

• A strong marketing background is considered a significant asset

• Familiarity with incorporating e-learning concepts or interactive user flows is highly desirable

• Superior organizational and project management skills, including the ability to multi-task between numerous projects

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback

• Results-oriented team player, with a demonstrated ability to apply good judgment and make recommendations

• Outside the box, creative thinking is desired

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Flexible, with a "get-it-done" attitude
