UX Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer to join a growing Construction technology team. In this role, you will craft visually stunning, scalable product experiences and help shape the future of AI-driven workflows within a Construction platform.

This is an exciting opportunity for a design specialist who thrives in high-impact product environments, enjoys building design systems, and can deliver premium UI experiences that users love.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality, visually polished user interfaces for product experiences.
• Partner with designers, product managers, and engineers to explore, plan, and deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to and enhance design systems by creating reusable, consistent UI patterns.
• Support the development of AI UX patterns and frameworks for cohesive AI-driven experiences.
• Create prototypes and design assets across multiple levels of fidelity (from early concepts to production-ready UI).
• Present design work clearly with a strong rationale and decision-making.

Must-Have Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering high-end visual design for product UI.
• Strong experience working with or contributing to design systems.
• Exposure to mobile design and AI-driven user experiences.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color theory, and visual design principles.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI design excellence and product thinking.
• Strong communication skills with experience in presenting design work to stakeholders.
