✅Must Have
🔹Relevant experience creating GUI designs based on user interaction and performance.
🔹Experience as a UX designer, interactive designer, UI designer, or similar role, designing for web and mobile applications.
🔹Ability to define and lead UX projects and design workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholder, business users.
🔹Experience with Figma, Canva and similar tools
🔹Demonstrated effectiveness in working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders, to achieve common project goals.

- Prior OPS/Public sector exp
- Exp with Ontario Service Design
- Exp with UI/UX would be ideal (wireframing, Surveys, Questionnaires, consultation, research)

- Proficiency with design & prototyping tools, with understanding of web development technology limitations.

🗣️Communications Skills:
