🚨 HIRING: Senior Software Developer – Toronto, ON

📍 Location: Toronto, ON / Oshawa, ON — Onsite
📅 Contract: 6 Months
💰 Rate: $85–$95/hr INC
🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, onsite during standard business hours

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer with strong hands-on application development, database, middleware, DevOps, and production-support experience.

🔑 Key Requirements
• Strong and current software development/programming experience, preferably Java
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps / low-code platforms
• Strong working knowledge of Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Strong Windows & Linux server experience
• Solid experience with Oracle 19c and DB2 on Windows
• Strong SQL/database performance tuning, query optimization and indexing
• Knowledge of backup & recovery processes
• Experience with middleware and gateways
• Middleware installation, configuration, administration and tuning
• Application development, monitoring, troubleshooting and production support
• Experience with change management and release management
• Experience assessing/testing Change Requests (CRQs) with technical content
• Experience with REST API design and integrations
• Strong understanding of application security and secure solution design
• Experience with structured SDLC methodologies
• Agile development experience
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to translate user stories/business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience conducting code reviews and unit testing
• Strong technical documentation and knowledge-transfer capabilities
