📝 Role Overview:
Required to translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, compiling data-driven programs, maintaining applications, and conducting unit tests. The role also includes resolving and troubleshooting technical problems arising during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.

✅ Must Have:
✔️ Java + Oracle/SQL development experience (10+ years)
✔️ Strong REST APIs and RESTful services experience
✔️ React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and NodeJS experience
✔️ Microservices architecture experience
✔️ RXJS, NextJS, and VueJS experience

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications
✔️ Develop detailed programming specifications and application code
✔️ Compile, maintain, and conduct unit testing of applications
✔️ Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software operation
✔️ Provide technical assistance for implementation, conversion, and migrations
✔️ Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
✔️ Design, code, test, debug, and document applications
✔️ Support application deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation activities
✔️ Work with relational and hierarchical databases, query languages, and communication protocols

🔹 Nice to Have:
➕ Experience with Internet-ready application development
➕ Knowledge of RAD methodologies and Information Management principles
➕ Experience with middleware, gateways, and installation scripts
➕ Experience providing post-implementation support and design walkthroughs
➕ Knowledge of AODA compliance and documentation practices
➕ Experience with Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, clean code, and refactoring
