🚨 Hiring: Senior Software Developer – Full Stack | RQ11347 🚨
Client: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement
Location: Toronto, Ontario – Onsite
Work Location: 40 St. Clair Avenue West / 1 Stone Road West, Guelph
Start Date: September 21, 2026
End Date: April 30, 2027
Duration: 160 Business Days + Extension: 237 Days
Hours: 7.25 hours/day
Security Clearance: No Clearance Required

🔹 Must-Have Skills:
• 7+ years of full-stack development experience with MERN Stack – MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js
• 4+ years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, including build books, deployment procedures, release management, and operational/support documentation
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing application enhancements and technical improvements, including AODA-compliant solutions
• Experience working in Agile software delivery environments
• Knowledge of IT security best practices and authentication protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and SAML
• Experience maintaining solution design artifacts, models, diagrams, and supporting documentation
• Experience collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across functional, technical, security, privacy, integration, and cloud requirements
• Experience supporting architecture, security, privacy, and governance review processes
• Experience providing knowledge transfer for operational continuity and future activities
• Experience with Source Control, DevOps, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Git

🔹 Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with Government of Ontario Information and Technology Standards (GO-ITS)
