Amanst Inc. is looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer – Artificial Intelligence to support innovative healthcare AI initiatives for Ontario Health. What You'll Bring:

✨ Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise AI solutions
✨ Hands-on experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and semantic search
✨ Experience building AI agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP)
✨ Strong expertise integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications
✨ Experience with FHIR R4/R4B, SMART on FHIR, REST APIs, and healthcare data integration
✨ Knowledge of AWS AI services, including Amazon Bedrock
✨ Experience designing prompt orchestration, tool calling, and AI agent workflows
✨ Strong understanding of AI evaluation, hallucination reduction, grounding, and response quality
