What you’ll be doing:
• Translating BRDs into detailed wireframes and technical application design documents.
• Troubleshooting and performing technical assessments for SOA applications and API integrations in a Java/Oracle environment.
• Managing deployments into test environments and executing QA testing.
• Conducting design walkthroughs and ensuring compliance with OPS security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

What you need to bring (Must-Haves):
• Strong background as a Systems Analyst in Java, J2EE, SOA, APIs, and Oracle DB.
• Proven experience with Government Payment Gateways and Secure Messaging Gateway systems.
• Solid background in Public Sector environments (OPS standards familiarity is highly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with wireframe management, BRDs, and technical design documentation.
