10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and integrating:
Web-based applications
Cloud-based microservices and solutions
Full-stack Java technologies
Microsoft .NET technologies
7+ years of Agile project management experience, including:
Sprint planning
Backlog management
Velocity tracking
Agile testing
Retrospectives
Scrum methodologies
Scrum Master Certification preferred
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as:
MS Project
Planview
Jira
Azure DevOps
Experience implementing web applications and services using:
Microsoft Azure
OpenShift
Kubernetes
Docker
Solaris
Red Hat
IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 8.0+
IBM Cloud Pak

Previous Public Sector experience
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience working with Federal, Provincial, or broader Public Sector Healthcare organizations
Strong understanding of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture frameworks, processes, and documentation standards
Knowledge of PMI and Public Sector I&IT project management methodologies
Experience with Digital Health Standards, including HL7 FHIR
Possession of a recent Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (CRLJMC) or valid Federal/Provincial Government Security Clearance
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and delivery management skills
