🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java and React JS
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
• Develop scalable and reusable React components and state management solutions
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices
• Collaborate with Architects, Product Owners, QA, and DevOps teams
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability
• Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
