We are actively seeking a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer with extensive AWS and Amazon Connect experience to join a high-impact digital transformation initiative.

🔹 Required Experience:
✅ 10+ years in Software Development, Cloud Engineering, or DevOps
✅ 5+ years working with AWS Cloud Services
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect Contact Center Solutions
✅ AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, S3, RDS, KMS, Glue, Amplify
✅ Amazon Lex, Amazon Polly, Contact Lens, CTR Analytics
✅ CI/CD, CloudFormation, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail
✅ Python, Bash, Java, JavaScript, Node.js
✅ Docker, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform
✅ IVR and Workflow Design Experience
✅ API Integration Experience

• Government/Public Sector project experience
• Large-scale Contact Center implementations
This role is ideal for senior cloud professionals who have successfully designed, implemented, and supported Amazon Connect-based contact center environments in enterprise-scale AWS ecosystems.
