🚨 Hiring: Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) 🚨
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (4 Days Onsite – Non-Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities
✔ Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
✔ Drive productive discussions using strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
✔ Create detailed user stories and support Agile project delivery
✔ Query Oracle databases and analyze data to support business decisions
✔ Work with APIs using tools such as Postman and Swagger
✔ Utilize Jira, Confluence, Mural, and Figma to support project activities
✔ Translate complex technical and analytical findings into actionable business insights
Required Skills & Experience
✅ 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
✅ Strong experience working on Agile projects within the Banking/Financial Services industry
✅ Experience managing initiatives involving integrated systems across multiple business lines
✅ Strong SQL skills with Oracle databases
✅ Hands-on experience with Java and Python
✅ Experience with API testing and integration tools (Postman, Swagger)
✅ Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and user story creation
✅ Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Experience in Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, or Client Reporting domains
⭐ Knowledge of Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and reporting
⭐ Experience influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration
⭐ Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and application logic
⭐ Leadership capabilities with the ability to guide technical discussions and direction
