We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise I&IT initiatives and work with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
🔹 Must Have Skills:
✅ Strong experience in business analysis supporting systems development using rules engines or business process automation platforms
✅ Experience developing:
• Business models & use case models
• Conceptual and logical data models
• Process & data flow models
• Business rules & non-functional requirements
• Test cases and requirement documentation
✅ Proven ability to lead requirements gathering, analyze business problems/opportunities, and document business requirements
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct business analysis for complex I&IT projects
• Gather, document, analyze, and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Support process improvements and re-engineering initiatives
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analysis
• Lead stakeholder engagement, JAD sessions, interviews, and workshops
• Create documentation, presentations, briefing notes, and traceability matrices
• Work with Agile, structured, and object-oriented methodologies
🔹 Preferred Experience:
✔ Public sector / government experience
✔ Knowledge of information management principles and practices
✔ Experience with business process mapping, functional modelling, and data requirements
✔ Understanding of AODA standards and accessibility requirements
