🔑 Must-Have Skills:
• 10+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Knowledge of Agile I&IT methods and techniques related to Enterprise Architecture frameworks
• Strong experience developing functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience leading and facilitating in-depth workshops for requirements elicitation, review, documentation, and validation
• Experience with Business Process Reengineering, Business Models, Business Rules, and User Interface Design
• Experience creating technical frameworks/specifications for business solutions and infrastructure services/platforms
• Proficiency with MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
• Experience with Azure DevOps / Jira
• Experience working on Enterprise Transformation, Modernization, and Service Delivery projects
