🔑 Must-Have Skills
✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field
✅ Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
✅ Scrum Master and Business Analyst experience in DevOps environments
✅ Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes
✅ Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
✅ Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
✅ Product backlog management and backlog refinement
✅ Collaboration with Product Owners on prioritization and sprint readiness
