We are actively looking for an experienced Agile Scrum Master (CSM) to join a SecOps Engineering Team supporting a leading client in the Banking / Capital Markets domain.

📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
📄 Employment: Contract
💼 Experience: 6+ Years
🎓 Certification: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Mandatory

Key Responsibilities
✅ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews & Retrospectives)
✅ Drive Agile delivery and improve sprint velocity
✅ Remove technical and organizational impediments
✅ Track Agile metrics including Velocity, Burndown Charts & Sprint Progress
✅ Coach teams on Scrum, Agile & Continuous Improvement
✅ Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams & Stakeholders for successful sprint execution

Required Skills
✔️ 6+ years of Scrum Master experience
✔️ Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
✔️ Strong expertise in Scrum, Agile & Kanban methodologies
✔️ Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
✔️ Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation & communication skills
✔️ Banking, Capital Markets, SecOps or Engineering team experience is highly preferred
