📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
📅 Duration: 12-Month Contract (Extension Possible)
💰 Rate: $62–70/hr INC | $50–55/hr T4

We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to join a leading financial institution in Toronto. This role is ideal for a servant leader who is passionate about Agile delivery, team facilitation, and driving successful outcomes in a scaled Agile environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Champion Agile practices, ceremonies, and continuous improvement
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies
• Coach and guide teams on Agile and Scaled Agile best practices
• Remove impediments and manage cross-team dependencies
• Partner with Product Owners, Technology Leads, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture
• Support risk management, governance, and compliance requirements

✅ Must-Have Skills: ( Manditory)
• 2+ years of Scrum Master experience
• 2+ years working in a Scaled Agile environment
• Strong experience with Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

⭐ Nice-to-Have:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or SAFe Certification
• Banking or Financial Services experience
