SAP FICO Consultant

Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant
Location: Toronto / Montreal
Duration: Full Time / C2H

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Finance & Controlling modules to support global finance operations, enhancements, and SAP S/4HANA initiatives in a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Configure and support SAP FI modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, EBS, Tax.
Configure and support SAP CO modules: Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, COPA, Product Costing.
Handle month-end/year-end closing activities and financial reporting.
Work on integrations with MM, SD, Treasury, and external systems.
Support incidents, enhancements, rollouts, migrations, and S/4HANA transformation projects.
Prepare functional specifications and support testing/UAT activities.
Collaborate with global stakeholders in Agile delivery environments.

Required Skills:
Strong hands-on SAP FICO configuration experience.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance.
Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, financial processes, and global operations.
Experience with interfaces, IDocs, and support projects.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good to Have
SAP FSCM / Treasury knowledge
SAP Fiori exposure
Central Finance experience
Aviation/Transportation industry experience

Certifications (Preferred):
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting
SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting
SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
SAP Central Finance / FSCM Certification
SAP Activate Certification
SAP Fiori or SAP BTP Certification
ITIL / Agile / Scrum Certifications

Experience:
10+ years of SAP FICO experience
At least 3 end-to-end implementation project
Experience in support and enhancement projects
