The role of a Salesforce Test Lead is crucial in ensuring that Salesforce applications function correctly prior to their launch.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Leading the testing team for Salesforce projects
• Planning and managing testing activities, including test plans, test cases, and timelines
• Understanding business requirements to ensure comprehensive testing coverage
• Coordinating with developers, business teams, and stakeholders
• Reviewing test cases to maintain high testing quality
• Tracking defects and ensuring timely fixes
• Providing regular status updates to management
• Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities

Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience in manual and/or automation testing
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
