We are actively hiring an Enterprise Application Support Analyst – Salesforce for a leading enterprise client in Toronto, ON. This is a hybrid opportunity for experienced professionals with a strong Salesforce application support background.
Required Skills:
✅ Salesforce Sales Cloud
✅ Salesforce Service Cloud
✅ Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud
✅ Experience managing L1/L2 application support teams and service delivery resources
✅ eCommerce domain experience (required)
✅ Exposure to integrated platforms such as Shopify and TikTok (user/business level)
✅ Business stakeholder management and client communication experience
✅ Ability to perform minor Salesforce enhancements and support activities
✅ Experience working with complex system integrations is a plus
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
7+ years of Salesforce application support experience
Strong understanding of enterprise application support processes
Experience working in client-facing environments
