Key Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of total IT experience
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development
• 3+ years leading enterprise Salesforce implementations with 300+ users
• Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, Salesforce integrations, and CI/CD
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications such as Oracle and SAP
• Experience with complex data migration / ETL initiatives
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as Informatica Cloud
• Strong understanding of the complete Salesforce lifecycle, including requirements, design, development, deployment, and production support
• Experience leading development teams and establishing technical best practices
