💰 Rate: $105/hr Incorp

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions within a large-scale Commercial Banking environment.

The successful candidate will partner with business and technology leaders to establish scalable architecture, implement platform best practices, and deliver strategic initiatives across:
✅ Salesforce Sales Cloud
✅ Salesforce Service Cloud
✅ Salesforce Financial Services Cloud – FSC
✅ Lightning Web Components – LWC
✅ Apex, Flows, SOQL and SOSL
✅ REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns
✅ Salesforce security, data architecture and performance optimization
✅ Salesforce DX, CI/CD and DevOps

Required Experience:
• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• 3+ recent years as a Salesforce Architect, Lead Architect or Principal Consultant
• Deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and FSC
• Experience designing secure, scalable enterprise Salesforce solutions
• Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership experience
• Proven experience supporting architecture governance, design reviews and development teams

Strong Assets:
⭐ nCino Loan Origination experience
⭐ Commercial Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Services experience
⭐ Copado, AutoRABIT, Gearset or similar Salesforce DevOps tools
⭐ Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification
⭐ Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
⭐ Financial Services Cloud certification

The ideal candidate is a certified Salesforce Architect who remains technically hands-on and can translate complex platform architecture into measurable business value.
