We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager/Leader to manage complex IT projects and lead cross-functional technical teams within a public sector environment.

Must Have Skills & Experience:
✅ 8–10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, preferably within Infrastructure and Operations environments
✅ Strong Public Sector experience
✅ Strong technical background in:
Web Applications
Modern Cloud Infrastructure
Enterprise Technology Solutions
✅ Experience managing multiple products/projects and diverse technical teams
✅ Ability to collaborate with various technical stakeholders and delivery teams
✅ Demonstrated people-first leadership approach with strong team management skills

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage complex IT initiatives from planning through delivery
✔ Coordinate technical teams, stakeholders, and project resources
✔ Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines
✔ Support cloud infrastructure and application modernization initiatives
✔ Drive successful delivery while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction
✔ Build strong relationships with business and technical teams
