We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Snowflake as the primary data source. The ideal candidate will transform complex business requirements into powerful visual analytics and enable self-service insights using Power BI and Copilot within an Azure Fabric environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and executive scorecards
• Translate business requirements into actionable KPIs and visual analytics
• Build and maintain reusable Power BI datasets, semantic models, and dataflows
• Apply best practices in UX/UI, storytelling, and accessibility for BI solutions
• Develop BI platforms in Azure Fabric enabling self-service analytics using Power BI & Copilot
• Create and optimize DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs
• Implement advanced modeling including Time Intelligence, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Calculation Groups
• Optimize Power BI performance through query tuning, aggregation strategies, and model design
• Implement security best practices including RLS, object-level security, and sensitivity labels
• Support Power BI Service administration, workspace management, and deployment pipelines
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data governance and compliance standards

Required Skills
✔ 6+ years of experience in BI / Analytics development
✔ 4+ years of hands-on Power BI development
✔ Strong experience with Power BI + Databricks
✔ Advanced expertise in DAX and SQL (Snowflake optimization preferred)
✔ Strong understanding of data warehousing and dimensional modeling
✔ Experience with Power BI Service, apps, deployment pipelines, and refresh strategies
✔ Experience in semantic model reengineering

Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience integrating Copilot with Power BI in an Azure Fabric environment
⭐ Familiarity with the Azure ecosystem (Azure AD, Azure DevOps)
⭐ Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills using Excel & PowerPoint
