Operations Manager

We’re Hiring: Privacy Operations Manager
📍 Toronto, ON – Remote/Hybrid
📅 12-month contract
💰 CAD $56/hr – Incorporation
Important: Candidates must be currently based in Toronto and have lived in Toronto continuously for the past 5 years. Occasional travel to client sites in Ontario is required.
Key Requirements:
5+ years in Privacy Operations, Information Governance, or Compliance
4+ years handling privacy/service desk operations and access/correction requests
3+ years in consent management and privacy incident/breach handling
3+ years with access/audit logging and compliance reporting
Strong knowledge of PHIPA, FIPPA & PIPEDA
2+ years supervising/coordinating privacy analysts or service desk teams
Experience with ServiceNow/Jira Service Management
CIPP/C, CIPM, or equivalent certification preferred
Healthcare/public sector experience is a strong plus
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
