Network Test Labs established in Canada and specializing in vulnerability assessments and

Cyber Clan is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and strategic MSP Channel Manager to
lead the expansion and long-term growth of our global Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner
ecosystem. This role is ideal for a cybersecurity channel professional who deeply understands
the MSP business model, knows how to build scalable partner programs, and can drive
measurable revenue growth through strategic partnerships, enablement, and market expansion
initiatives.
As a key member of our growth organization, you will play a critical role in accelerating MSP-
sourced and MSP-influenced revenue across multiple regions and service lines. You will be
responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and growing high-value MSP partnerships
that align with Cyber Clan’s strategic objectives and global expansion plans. This includes
developing and executing channel growth strategies, expanding Cyber Clan’s footprint within
existing and emerging markets, and creating joint go-to-market initiatives that increase pipeline
generation, recurring revenue, and long-term partner engagement.
You will work cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, and delivery to build scalable
partner motions, optimize partner performance, and ensure MSPs are equipped to successfully
position and sell Cyber Clan’s cybersecurity and incident response services. The role requires
strong relationship management, strategic planning, business development, and operational
execution capabilities, with a focus on driving partner profitability, increasing market
penetration, and building lasting strategic alliances within the global MSP community.
This is a remote role with global reach and significant opportunity to influence Cyber Clan’s
channel growth strategy, partner footprint, and long-term revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Development & Strategy
Build and manage strategic relationships with MSP partners to drive revenue growth, recurring services adoption, and market expansion
Identify and recruit new MSP and channel partners aligned with Cyber Clan’s cybersecurity services, target industries, and geographic growth strategy
Develop and execute partner business plans focused on pipeline generation, partner engagement, and long-term account growth
Collaborate with partners on joint sales initiatives, account mapping, and customer engagement strategies to increase qualified opportunities
Support partner enablement through onboarding, sales training, operational alignment, and ongoing business reviews
Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of partner-led opportunities and campaigns
Assist partners in expanding their cybersecurity offerings through Cyber Clan’s managed security, incident response, and proactive security services
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and partner performance metrics to strengthen channel strategy and support scalable global growth
Represent Cyber Clan within the MSP and cybersecurity community through industry events, partner meetings, and strategic engagements
Partner Relationship Management
Serve as the strategic primary point of contact for MSP partners, building strong long- term relationships that drive revenue growth, retention, and partner success
Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions to track pipeline, performance, market opportunities, and partner satisfaction
Enable partners with onboarding, sales training, technical resources, pricing guidance, and competitive positioning to effectively sell Cyber Clan services
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute partner-focused campaigns, events, enablement initiatives, and co-branded growth strategies
Identify opportunities to expand partner footprint across new regions, verticals, and cybersecurity service offerings while supporting overall channel growth
Work cross-functionally with sales and delivery teams (SOC, RMS, ITS and DFIR) to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle
Performance & Reporting
Track and analyze KPIs, partner performance metrics, pipeline health, recurring revenue growth, and overall channel revenue outcomes
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, partner activity tracking, and opportunity reporting within CRM systems and channel platforms
Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners to review performance, strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and overall partnership alignment
Develop and manage partner incentive programs, growth initiatives, and performance-based engagement strategies designed to increase partner participation and revenue generation
Present strategic insights, market trends, forecasting updates, and channel performance recommendations to senior leadership to support business planning and growth decisions
Identify operational improvements, reporting enhancements, and scalable channel processes that improve visibility, accountability, and long-term partner success
Qualifications
Proven experience in MSP channel management, partner sales, or channel development
Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, threat landscapes, and managed security offerings
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value partner relationships
Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing channel growth plans
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Leadership qualities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment
Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities
Experience in incident response, MDR, SOC services, or cybersecurity consulting
Familiarity with global MSP markets and partner ecosystems
