MSP Channel Manager

Job Description

Cyber Clan provides enterprise security, and human response to small and midsize enterprises

and channel partners through comprehensive risk assessment services, 24/7/365 managed

detection and response services, and lightning-fast breach response. Formerly known as

Network Test Labs established in Canada and specializing in vulnerability assessments and

penetration testing in the gaming industry, Cyber Clan has grown from three employees in 2006

in one market to over 75 employees with clients in nine countries and offices in the United

Kingdom, Canada, Australia and the United States as a leading Managed Services Provider.

Our mission is to make the online world a safer and more secure place by delivering

sophisticated cybersecurity solutions in a highly personalized — and human — way.

Cyber Clan is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and strategic MSP Channel Manager to

lead the expansion and long-term growth of our global Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner

ecosystem. This role is ideal for a cybersecurity channel professional who deeply understands

the MSP business model, knows how to build scalable partner programs, and can drive

measurable revenue growth through strategic partnerships, enablement, and market expansion

initiatives.

As a key member of our growth organization, you will play a critical role in accelerating MSP-

sourced and MSP-influenced revenue across multiple regions and service lines. You will be

responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and growing high-value MSP partnerships

that align with Cyber Clan’s strategic objectives and global expansion plans. This includes

developing and executing channel growth strategies, expanding Cyber Clan’s footprint within

existing and emerging markets, and creating joint go-to-market initiatives that increase pipeline

generation, recurring revenue, and long-term partner engagement.

You will work cross-functionally with sales leadership, marketing, and delivery to build scalable

partner motions, optimize partner performance, and ensure MSPs are equipped to successfully

position and sell Cyber Clan’s cybersecurity and incident response services. The role requires

strong relationship management, strategic planning, business development, and operational

execution capabilities, with a focus on driving partner profitability, increasing market

penetration, and building lasting strategic alliances within the global MSP community.

This is a remote role with global reach and significant opportunity to influence Cyber Clan’s

channel growth strategy, partner footprint, and long-term revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and recruit new MSP and channel partners aligned with Cyber Clan’s cybersecurity services, target industries, and geographic growth strategy

Develop and execute partner business plans focused on pipeline generation, partner engagement, and long-term account growth

Collaborate with partners on joint sales initiatives, account mapping, and customer engagement strategies to increase qualified opportunities

Support partner enablement through onboarding, sales training, operational alignment, and ongoing business reviews

Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure successful execution of partner-led opportunities and campaigns

Assist partners in expanding their cybersecurity offerings through Cyber Clan’s managed security, incident response, and proactive security services

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and partner performance metrics to strengthen channel strategy and support scalable global growth

Represent Cyber Clan within the MSP and cybersecurity community through industry events, partner meetings, and strategic engagements

Partner Relationship Management

Serve as the strategic primary point of contact for MSP partners, building strong long- term relationships that drive revenue growth, retention, and partner success

Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions to track pipeline, performance, market opportunities, and partner satisfaction

Enable partners with onboarding, sales training, technical resources, pricing guidance, and competitive positioning to effectively sell Cyber Clan services

Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to execute partner-focused campaigns, events, enablement initiatives, and co-branded growth strategies

Identify opportunities to expand partner footprint across new regions, verticals, and cybersecurity service offerings while supporting overall channel growth

Work cross-functionally with sales and delivery teams (SOC, RMS, ITS and DFIR) to ensure a seamless partner and customer experience throughout the engagement lifecycle

Performance & Reporting

Track and analyze KPIs, partner performance metrics, pipeline health, recurring revenue growth, and overall channel revenue outcomes

Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, partner activity tracking, and opportunity reporting within CRM systems and channel platforms

Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partners to review performance, strategic initiatives, growth opportunities, and overall partnership alignment

Develop and manage partner incentive programs, growth initiatives, and performance-based engagement strategies designed to increase partner participation and revenue generation

Present strategic insights, market trends, forecasting updates, and channel performance recommendations to senior leadership to support business planning and growth decisions

Identify operational improvements, reporting enhancements, and scalable channel processes that improve visibility, accountability, and long-term partner success

Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-value partner relationships

Strategic thinker with experience developing and executing channel growth plans

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
