We are seeking an exceptional Machine Learning Researcher to join a leading banking organization and help drive the next generation of AI-powered banking experiences through cutting-edge research and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop novel AI and Machine Learning solutions that enable impactful products and services
✔ Conduct original, publishable research that advances the state-of-the-art in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
✔ Collaborate closely with engineering teams to transition research into production-ready solutions
✔ Design algorithmic solutions that address complex business challenges and enhance customer experiences
✔ Evaluate emerging AI technologies and help integrate them into the organization's technology capabilities
✔ Independently drive research initiatives from ideation through implementation
Required Skills & Experience
✅ Strong passion for solving open-ended problems using data, algorithms, and AI
✅ PhD in a relevant AI-related field or a proven research track record through publications and/or advanced AI product development
✅ Demonstrated ability to independently formulate and execute research projects
✅ Strong programming skills in Python
✅ Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
✅ Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and modern AI techniques
✅ Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Published research in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, or related fields
⭐ Experience bringing research innovations into production environments
⭐ Experience working in large-scale enterprise or financial services environments
⭐ Strong communication and collaboration skills
