Lead DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to join a long-term 12+ month contract. If you’re passionate about cloud infrastructure, automation, and scalable systems, this could be a great fit.
📍 Location: Vancouver, Canada (4 days onsite)
💼 Role Type: Contract (12+ Months)
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS)
Manage containerized environments using Docker & Kubernetes (EKS)
Build and automate deployments using Terraform
Work with CI/CD tools like GitLab & Jenkins
Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and application issues
🧠 Required Skills:
13+ years in DevOps / Cloud Engineering
Strong AWS experience (EKS, Lambda, EMR, DataSync, etc.)
Kubernetes, Docker, and serverless architecture expertise
Python / Shell / Bash scripting
GitLab CI/CD experience
Exposure to Azure is a plus
