⚠️ Important Requirements:
✅ Strong hands-on Databricks production experience
✅ CPG / FMCG / Retail analytics background is mandatory
✅ Strong Python & Azure ecosystem expertise required
✅ Leadership & stakeholder communication skills are critical
✅ 12+ years in Data Science / Applied ML roles
✅ 3+ years in CPG, FMCG, or Retail Analytics
✅ 3+ years of Databricks production experience
✅ 5+ years of Python experience
✅ 5+ years with Azure ML / Azure ecosystem
✅ 3+ years with MLflow or equivalent experiment tracking tools
✅ Strong expertise in supervised & unsupervised ML algorithms
✅ Deep learning experience for forecasting, regression & classification problems
✅ Experience building ML models for sales forecasting and demand sensing
