✅ 5+ years of hands-on Scala development (Mandatory)
✅ Strong Core Java and functional programming experience
✅ Java Full Stack – Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, Angular/React
✅ Experience building low-latency, high-throughput APIs
✅ SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, and performance tuning
✅ Strong System Design and API integration experience
✅ Experience with Collections, Multithreading, J2EE, and clean coding practices
✅ CI/CD, Unit Testing, Code Reviews
