Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management
• Requirement Management
• Collaboration across multiple Stakeholders
• Defect tracking and triage
• Documenting business test cases
• End-to-end UAT management
• Requirement Traceability Matrix

Must-have Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• 3+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with qTest or similar test management tools.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, process mapping, and process improvement.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of Business Requirement and end-to-end testing process
• Have experience documenting business requirements

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience with banking (strong advantage).
• Experience within the Financial Services/Banking industry.
