Helpdesk Technician
Location: Montreal (Quebec only)
Core Responsibilities
- Handle L1/L2 IT support (tickets, incidents, troubleshooting)
- Provide end-user support (hardware, software, network issues)
- Monitor systems and escalate incidents
- Maintain SLA-based service delivery
- Support wireless/network-related environments
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years Helpdesk / IT Support experience
- Strong incident management & ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)
- Excellent customer service & communication
- Bilingual (French + English) → Mandatory
- Comfortable with multi-tasking in high-volume environments
