🚀 Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
🕒 Experience: 6–8 Years
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide L1/L2 support in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
🔹 Must Have:
◼️ Bilingual: English & French (Mandatory)
◼️ Strong analytical & customer service skills
◼️ Willingness to work 24x7 shifts
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
◼️ Provide bilingual (English & French) desktop support to end users
◼️ Troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops, and hardware issues
◼️ Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
◼️ Manage VDI environments (Citrix, AVD, VMware)
◼️ Resolve network issues (VPN, WiFi, LAN)
◼️ Support peripherals (printers, scanners, smart cards)
◼️ Use Lakeside SysTrack for monitoring and proactive issue resolution
◼️ Manage incidents via ServiceNow ensuring SLA compliance
◼️ Support BFSI environments including branch and ATM systems
