We are currently looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst IV to support a major Money Movement Initiative focused on Real Time Rails and Mainframe modernization within the banking domain.

🔹 Project Highlights:
• Enhancing mainframe capabilities for Interac Direct Pre-Authorized transactions
• Supporting web/mobile banking platforms for Chequing, Savings & LOC products
• Managing upstream/downstream system impacts and integrations
• Working on reconciliation, settlement reporting, downstream feeds, and sanctions hold account movement

✅ MUST HAVE:
• 10+ years of experience as BSA / Software Engineer / Quality Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience navigating Mainframe screens (inquiring & maintaining data)
• Experience working within Scaled Agile environments
• Strong understanding of BDD methodology for writing user stories
• Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence
• Strong testing and gap analysis experience

💡 Preferred Background:
• Real Time Rails / Payments experience
• API / Postman exposure
• Banking or Financial Services background
• Microsoft 365 Copilot / GitHub Copilot exposure
