Business Systems Analyst

🚨 URGENT HIRING – Business Systems Analyst (BSA) | EFT Payments 🚨
We are urgently looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst – FTM/EFT Payments for a contract opportunity in Scarborough, ON, Canada.

📍 Location: Scarborough, ON – Hybrid (3 days onsite/week)
💼 Experience: 10+ years
🇨🇦 Onshore Canada candidates only

🔹 Key Requirements:
✅ 10+ years of Business Analysis experience within Payments / Financial Platforms
✅ Strong hands-on experience with EFT / Batch Payments processing
✅ Excellent understanding of the EFT payment lifecycle
✅ Strong knowledge of posting & accounting treatment, including returns, rejects, reversals and recalls
✅ Experience with CPA005 / Canadian EFT file formats and payment processing flows
✅ Strong Agile/Scrum experience – User Stories, Acceptance Criteria & Backlog Grooming
✅ FTM CPS experience is a strong asset
✅ Proficiency with Jira, Confluence & Xray
