Business Systems Analyst

Are you an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a background in Global Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets? This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise initiatives supporting complex business processes and technology transformation.

What We're Looking For:
✔ 10+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
✔ Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering, process analysis, solution design, and SDLC
✔ Experience working in Agile delivery teams
✔ Strong SQL and Excel skills
✔ Experience supporting complex testing activities (SIT/UAT) and collaborating with QA teams
✔ Experience within Global Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets
✔ Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and how front-to-back office systems integrate
✔ Experience with at least one asset class

Nice to Have:
⭐ Power BI
⭐ Databricks
⭐ Python or VBA
⭐ IBOR migration experience
What You'll Be Doing:
🔹 Partner with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
🔹 Translate business needs into functional solutions for development teams
🔹 Support testing, implementation, and production releases
🔹 Drive process improvements and provide recommendations for strategic initiatives
🔹 Collaborate across business, technology, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
