Agency Employment Services (AES) is recruiting on behalf of a respected, family-owned commercial general contractor that has been shaping the Greater Toronto Area for over 35 years. Known for quality workmanship, integrity, and exceptional client service, our client is growing—and they're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to help drive the next chapter of their success.

🔨 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴:
🏗️ Build and maintain relationships with property managers, landlords, developers, commercial property owners, and end users.
🤝 Generate new business through networking, referrals, and industry events.
📈 Identify and secure commercial construction and renovation opportunities.
📋 Collaborate with estimating, project management, and operations teams to deliver winning solutions.
🚗 Meet with clients, conduct site visits, and represent a trusted leader in the commercial construction industry throughout the GTA.

✅ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, business development, estimating, project management, or a related field.
✔️ Strong understanding of commercial construction and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔️ Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business growth.
✔️ Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
