WDK Management Inc
We're Hiring: Business Development Representative
WDK is growing, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative to build and own our new client acquisition function as we continue expanding across the GTA and surrounding areas.
We specialize in residential and commercial unit turnover renovations across multiple regions. When a unit goes vacant, we make it rent-ready. As we grow, our success depends on winning the right accounts: the property management companies, landlords, and building owners across Toronto and surrounding areas, who need turnovers done properly.
This isn't a traditional sales role, and it isn't lead-chasing. It's account-based hunting: you'll work from a named list of the property management companies we want as clients, research them deeply, and pursue them across multiple channels until they're on board. You'll be building the sales system that drives the company's growth.
What You'll Do:
* Own a target list of named accounts — the property management companies and building owners we want to win.
* Research each account: portfolio size, buildings, decision makers, and buying signals.
* Map the full buying committee — property managers, operations directors, owners, and asset managers — and build relationships with each.
* Run multichannel outreach on the same accounts simultaneously: personalized email, LinkedIn, phone, and direct mail.
* Represent WDK at industry events and property management associations.
* Book and attend unit walkthroughs with prospects
* Track every account's stage and activity in the CRM and report pipeline progress to leadership.
* Ask for referrals from happy clients and turn one building into three.
* Help build scalable sales and outreach processes as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
* A hunter and a self-starter
* Persistent person with a competitive nature
* Strong writer — your outreach reads personal, specific, and researched
* Organized and process-driven — you work a system, log your activity, and trust the pipeline.
* Comfortable on the phone, on LinkedIn, and in person.
* Car and valid driver's license — you'll be visiting buildings across the GTA.
* Experience in B2B sales, business development, or outbound prospecting is an asset.
* Experience selling to property management, real estate, or construction is a bigger asset — but we'll take the right hunter over the right resume.
Detail
* Full-time, permanent position. Base salary + potential commission (compensation based on experience).
* Location: Toronto — mix of office, field, and on the road.
* Health and Dental Benefits.
If you're excited about building a client acquisition function that helps shape the future of a growing company — or if you know someone who would be — we'd love to hear from you.
