🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and validation.
Collaborate with banking stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Translate complex business needs into functional requirements and user stories.
Facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions.
Optimize payment processes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct gap analysis, root cause assessments, impact analysis, and release readiness reviews.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payment systems, SWIFT connectivity, and operational improvements.
Support testing cycles, post-implementation monitoring, and incident resolution.
Work closely with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience managing SWIFT payment flows, including MT and MX formats.
Knowledge of ISO 20022 standards and payment processing lifecycles.
Understanding of payment reconciliation processes.
Experience working with banks, fintech companies, or financial institutions.
Expertise in business process mapping, requirements gathering, documentation, and system analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience conducting gap analysis across payment standards.
Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and MS Office.
Knowledge of SWIFT, Fedwire, and ISO 20022 payment domains.
Experience with Agile project methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills:
SQL and database experience.
Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and XML message structures.
Experience participating in large-scale payment transformation projects.
