Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a technology team supporting global cross-border payments and multi-currency solutions.

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Contract Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension or conversion to permanent employment

What you’ll do:
~ Lead end-to-end business analysis and project delivery activities
~ Document business requirements, process flows, and target-state roadmaps
~ Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional technology teams
~ Support project planning, risk mitigation, testing, and change management
~ Work on global money transfer applications and payment-processing solutions
~ Use SQL and Power BI to analyze data and support reporting and decision-making

Must Have:
~ 7+ years of Business Analyst experience
~ 5+ years of Jira experience
~ 2+ years of payments experience
~ 4+ years of SQL and Power BI reporting experience
~ Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
~ AI knowledge

Nice to Have:
~ Banking experience
~ Payment rails experience
~ Experience with Bank
