End Date: April 30, 2027
Duration: 180 Business Days
Extension: Up to 250 additional business days
Hours: 7.25 hours/day
Public Sector Experience: Preferred

🔹 Must-Have Requirements
Experience with stakeholder engagement, analytical and problem-solving skills, decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Experience supporting business analysis, onboarding, intake, validation, or process coordination activities.
Understanding of PHIPA principles, including consent, collection, use, disclosure, and safeguards of personal health information.
Knowledge of Health Information Custodians (HICs), agents, and Ontario healthcare-sector onboarding requirements.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to interpret and validate information against defined rules and categories.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple requests in a high-volume environment.

🔹 Desired Skills
Experience with digital health onboarding or access processes.
Familiarity with Provincial Clinical Viewer or related Ontario Health digital services.
Strong documentation and coordination skills.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work in structured operational environments with evolving requirements.

🔹 Evaluation Criteria
Understanding of PHIPA principles – 10%
Understanding of Health Information Custodians and agents under PHIPA – 40%
Requirements gathering, documentation, presentations, briefing notes, and stakeholder engagement – 25%
Stakeholder engagement, analytical/problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills – 25%

🔹 Deliverables
Categorize and map clinician end users to pre-approved HIC types and validate the legally responsible person before migration to digital health services.
Complete requirements gathering, mapping, analysis, documentation, stakeholder engagement support, and reporting related to onboarding and access validation activities.
