🚨 Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Portfolio Management | Toronto, ON

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Portfolio Management, Microsoft 365/Power Platform, executive reporting, process improvement, and enterprise-wide solution rollouts.

📍 Location: Toronto, Ontario
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – up to 3 days onsite as required
⏳ Contract: 12 months / 250 business days, with potential extension

🔑 Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
✅ Strong Portfolio Management experience, including:
Resource Capacity Management
Resource Demand Planning
Portfolio prioritization
New Work Intake (NWI)
Project/Product Governance & Gating
✅ Advanced hands-on experience with:
Microsoft Power Apps
Power Automate
Power BI
SharePoint
Microsoft Excel
✅ Experience building, testing and rolling out enterprise/portfolio-wide applications and tools to a large user population.
✅ Strong Power BI dashboard development, including:
KPI development
Data modelling
Executive dashboards
Drill-down reporting
Performance measurement
✅ Strong Business Analysis capabilities:
Requirements gathering and documentation
Business/process modelling
Process mapping
Workflow development
Use cases
Data/process flow modelling
Business rules
Functional and non-functional requirements
✅ Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and change management skills.
✅ Experience developing:
Swim-lane/process diagrams
Business cases
Cost-benefit analysis
Briefing notes
Presentations
Job aids
Training and rollout documentation
