Business Analyst

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst - PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint | Portfolio Management; Toronto, ON M5G 2L3, Canada (Hybrid Onsite 3 days/week) :: 9-12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Eligibility: Open to Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and valid Work Permit holders

Summary: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Portfolio Management, Resource Capacity/Demand Planning, New Work Intake (NWI), and Governance/Gating. The candidate must have expert-level experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Excel. Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process modeling, executive dashboards, KPI development, stakeholder engagement, and change management are required. Experience building and rolling out enterprise-wide digital solutions is highly preferred.
