• JAD sessions, interviews, workshops & consultations
• Business process mapping & process modelling
• Business, use-case & data modelling
• Conceptual & logical data modelling
• Business rules & non-functional requirements
• Business cases, feasibility studies & cost-benefit analysis
• Translating business/data requirements into technical specifications
• Agile, Waterfall & Iterative methodologies
• Change management, QA & test planning
• Strong client relationship & communication skills
• Experience working within complex I&IT environments

⭐ Strong Asset: Experience with property tax, property assessment, municipal taxation, tax analysis systems, or Ontario’s OPTA (Online Property Tax Analysis) application.
