🚨 HIRING: Actimize CTR Business Analyst | Toronto, ON | Hybrid

We are looking for a CTR Business Analyst with strong expertise in Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR), AML Compliance, and NICE Actimize to support a 1-Year Fixed-Term opportunity in Toronto.

📍 Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid
📅 Duration: 1-Year Fixed Term

The ideal candidate will bridge regulatory requirements and technology delivery, translating complex AML/CTR obligations into clear business requirements and actionable specifications for technology teams.

🔹 Key Requirements:

• Strong experience with Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) and AML Compliance
• Expertise in CTR workflows, aggregation logic & exemption processing
• Strong understanding of FinCEN regulations and BSA requirements
• Experience working with compliance officers, auditors & regulatory stakeholders
• Hands-on experience with CTR data analysis, reconciliation & reporting validation
• Experience with UAT, regression testing & business sign-off for Actimize enhancements
• Knowledge of SAR processes, AML typologies & Transaction Monitoring
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, investigation & reconciliation
• Experience with data profiling, data lineage & source-to-target mapping
• Ability to identify reporting gaps, investigate anomalies and support production CTR filing quality
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new compliance tools, data platforms & financial crime technologies
