🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations, and Supplier Management.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business & functional requirements.
• Analyze and optimize TPRM, vendor onboarding, risk assessment, sourcing, and procurement workflows.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects, Developers, Product Owners, Risk, Procurement, and Compliance teams.
• Support ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, integrations, SIT & UAT.
• Provide expertise in supplier lifecycle, risk assessments, procurement approvals, sourcing, and contract management.
