We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Customer Communication Management (CCM) domain expertise to join a leading enterprise team in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Requirements:
✔️ Proven Business Analyst experience in enterprise environments.
✔️ Hands-on experience with Customer Communication Management (CCM) platforms.
✔️ Experience supporting Customer Communications, Customer Experience (CX), Document Management, or Digital Communications solutions.
✔️ Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process analysis, and documentation.
✔️ Experience working in Agile environments is an asset.
