🚨 Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – Microsoft Intune & Entra ID 🚨
📍 Scarborough Hybrid — minimum 2 days onsite/week
📅 1-year contract with extension potential

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support Microsoft Intune Phase 3, focused on Conditional Access enforcement and Windows device patch-compliance policies.

Must have:
5+ years as a Business Analyst in enterprise technology, cybersecurity, endpoint management, or identity and access management
Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device-compliance knowledge
Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process design, pilot/rollout coordination, and Day 2 operational readiness
Strong documentation skills: business requirements, process flows, standard operating procedures, runbooks, and governance artifacts
English and Spanish bilingual communication skills
Nice to have: Windows patching governance, ServiceNow change workflows, network access controls, and executive status reporting.
