Are you an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Analytics, SQL, ETL, Data Migration, and Enterprise Data Platforms?
We're looking for a highly analytical professional to support the migration of WIAM metrics and reporting from a Microsoft SQL-based reporting environment to an Enterprise Data Lake. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives involving data transformation, governance, reporting, and business process optimization.

✅ 5–8+ years of Business Analysis experience
✅ Data Migration & System Transformation projects
✅ Advanced SQL & Excel for Data Analysis and Reconciliation
✅ ETL Concepts & Data Pipelines
✅ Requirements Gathering & Documentation
✅ Source-to-Target Data Mapping & Process Mapping
✅ UAT Planning & Execution
✅ Data Governance, Data Quality & Control Frameworks
✅ Databricks / Enterprise Data Lake experience
✅ Data Lineage & Metadata Management
✅ Power BI (or similar reporting tools)
✅ Regulatory, Audit, Risk Management, Information Security or IAM experience
