Amanst Inc. is looking for a talented Intermediate Business Analyst to support business transformation initiatives with the City of Toronto. If you have experience gathering requirements, working with ServiceNow platforms, and supporting governance, risk, and compliance processes, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Bring:

✨ Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and process maps
✨ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC, IRM, CMDB, APM, or TPM modules
✨ Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, audit, attestations, certifications, and scorecards
✨ Experience supporting UAT, data validation, and requirements traceability
✨ Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, Performance Analytics, reporting, and dashboards
✨ Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and communication skills
